Team Coaching and Development
The guiding question in team coaching is “What is the team’s purpose?” Once the team has clarified and committed to its purpose, our team coaching approach is to assess the team’s working status and culture and then to create a positive team environment by aligning team processes that facilitate collaboration and communication. We help foster a supportive, learning climate to help team members develop and trust one another. We evaluate team progress during the coaching process and make adjustments as necessary. Evaluation at the end of the process identifies areas for continued development and new opportunities for growth. Our ultimate goal in coaching teams is to create a coaching culture within the team and the organization that enhances true common vision, values and collaboration.
